Our very rare, cold first-pressed oil is used by many famous chefs in Quebec. Extracted from cranberry seeds, this oil has a perfect balance between omegas 3 and 6 and contains a lot of vitamin E.

The subtle brown butter and tart berry flavour will satisfy the most demanding palates.

Add 5 to 10 ml (1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon) of this oil daily to compliment your recipes.


Cranberry seed oil should not be baked, it blends perfectly with:

- your vinaigrettes and other marinades

- your vegetable salads

- your fish, raw crustaceans

- fruit juices and smoothies

+ Health: Regular consumption of cranberry seed oil helps to reduce the binding of certain E. Coli bacteria, thus the risk of urinary infection.


Very rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids: Omega 3, Omega 6 and Vitamin E, it would promote the antioxidant activity of the body and according to several studies, it would participate in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

    Un goût fruité incomparable, moi qui était habituée à l'huile de lin au goût si particulier, je me régale sur mes crudités, et même dans mon fromage blanc, j'adore, merci pour ce pur produit
